1.1 Flower Affect, to process your order, we need to collect information such as your full name, email address, contact numbers, your billing address, and delivery address and payment details.

1.2 Transactions (including transactions not completed or cancelled) carried out over this website, including product(s) ordered, recipient details, order dates, credit card numbers.

1.3 Any other information that you send to Flower Affect.

 

2.0 Prices & Designs

2.1 All prices shown on this website are in Australian dollars (AUD). Prices include GST but do not include the delivery fee

2.2 All designs pictured on this website are a guide to the style of flowers and gifts that will be delivered. Flowers and gifts may vary according to regional and seasonal availability, or when they do not meet our quality standards. In some cases, substitutions of equivalent value and quality may be necessary to fulfill your requirements.

2.3 Props which may appear in photos on this website are not included as part of an order unless specifically listed.

2.4 Pricing of goods/services/delivery and other charges displayed on Flower Affect’s website are current at the time of display. These prices are subject to variation/change without notice.

2.5 We will always endeavour to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions and pricing.

2.6 Containers/baskets/pots/cardboard boxes/colours are subject to availability and may vary on the day and may be substituted.

 

3.0 Products with Alcohol

3.1 Alcohol delivery is subject to NSW state liquor laws. It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years.

3.2 Flower Affect allows the sale of alcohol only accompanied with a floral order.

3.3 Alcohol orders are restricted to a maximum volume of two litres.

 

4.0 Taking an Order

4.1 To avoid delays with processing your order, please make sure that your payment details correct. We will endeavour to contact you as soon as we can if there are any issues that come to our attention.

4.2 Orders will not be dispatched until full payment has been received and we are satisfied with the integrity of the order.

4.3 It is your obligation to enter the full correct address of the recipient when placing the order. If you have entered the incorrect delivery address details, Flower Affect will not issue a refund. Should you wish to continue with the delivery, a redirection fee will apply to the customer.

 

5.0 Cancellation of Orders

5.1 Flower Affect will make reasonable efforts to assist in the cancellation or modification of orders, but it should be noted that requests may be refused on the basis that arrangements have already been made to process your order (this may, for example include, but is not limited to, the ordering/purchase of special flowers or items to meet the order) or are already in transit headed for delivery.

5.2 We retain the right to refuse to accept a request for an order cancellation or modification. Cancellations received within 24 hours of order being placed will attract a charge of 50% of the total order value.

 

6.0 Refunds

6.1 Each situation can be unique, for that reason we suggest you call Flower affect to discuss any concerns you may have in relation to your flower order. A number of resolutions may be available to you.

6.2 Should you wish to return your order, please notify us on 0413 771 233 within 24 hours of purchase with a valid reason for return.

6.3 We kindly ask you to supply an image of the product that was received so that we may have evidence of your concerns. If the product is not given proper care it will deteriorate and it is difficult for us to assess the complaint. Therefore we encourage for you to contact us immediately, however we know that each case is individual/unique and with our experience we will endeavour to resolve the situation as soon as possible.

6.4 All refunds for orders placed via email or over the telephone are credited back into your account on which the order was purchased.

6.5 Refunds are made at the discretion of Flower Affect.

6.6 Flower Affect pride ourselves on quality of our products/customer service. We ensure that your flowers are of the freshest and highest quality and endeavour to always maintain this high standard. It is important though to understand that flowers are perishable goods and that a natural product will react to their immediate indoor environment and conditions. For example, air conditioning, extreme heat and changes in weather can have an adverse effect on the life span of your flowers.

6.7 Flower Affect understands how much a floral gift can mean to a recipient and we appreciate your business. We pride ourselves on making our customers happy with their choice of our products.

 

7.0 Delivery

7.1 Same day delivery is guaranteed provided that a reasonable amount of time and flowers to process and meet your order. Every reasonable effort will be made to meet requests as to preferred time.

7.2 Please note that special delivery conditions may apply to hospitals, hotels, ships, airports, funeral parlours, crematoriums and cemeteries, specific timed deliveries are not possible and cannot be guaranteed even if advanced notice is given to us.

7.3 When making your order it is important that you provide a contact number for the recipient so contact can be made with them if delivery is not possible. (If no one is home upon delivery you may nominate for your order to be left with a neighbour or in a safe place), it is then up to the recipient to collect their floral order. Flower Affect we take no responsibly for any lost or damage under these circumstances.

7.4 Flower Affect takes no responsibility if an incorrect address is supplied. Please make sure that you enter the correct details when ordering and double check all details e.g. phone numbers/house numbers and street names, give as much information as possible. If we arrive at the delivery address that has been entered when ordering and find it to be the wrong address that was entered by you the customer then an additional delivery charge may be incurred as a redirection.

7.5 Deliveries will be made Monday to Friday during 8am- 5.30pm, (Local deliveries up until 6.30pm) Saturdays from 8am – 1pm, no deliveries on Sundays or public holidays.

7.6 Please consider the above when placing your order.

 

8.0 Seasonal Availability and Substituting Products

8.1 Flower Affect will attempt to replicate all arrangements images from our website as advertised, however flowers/containers/wrapping may vary due to seasonal and are subject to availability on day of delivery. We will do our utmost to substitute the product to complement the image on our website

8.2 Due to seasonal availability with certain lines of flowers, design and appearance can slightly differ in design to what is delivered. If a particular flower/product /container are unavailable then an item of similar quality/appearance and value will be substituted.

8.3 Flower Affect may use their discretion and their choice of flowers to ensure your delivery.

8.4 This policy applies so that we can ensure that all deliveries/ orders are executed professionally and that we reserve the right to substitute goods of equal or greater value.
